

Duocard Series — Dual-Network Compatibility
The Duocard Finder works with both Google’s Find Hub network and Apple’s Find My network. Choose your preferred network during first-time setup. When paired with an Android phone, Duocard Finder acts as a Find Hub locator tag until you perform a factory reset. When paired with an iPhone, it functions as a Find My accessory until you reset it to factory settings. You can switch networks anytime by doing a factory reset and pairing again.
Before You Start
▪ Before you begin, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your Android or iOS device, and that the device has internet access via Wi-Fi or cellular service.
▪ Find the button on the front side of the InCard Finder, as shown in the picture below.

Get Started with an Android Device

Place your InCard Finder next to your Android device and press the button once to activate it. You’ll hear a beep and the LED will blink.

Wait for the half-screen pairing card to appear, then follow the on-screen steps to add the Finder to Google’s Find Hub network.

If the pop-up doesn’t appear after power-on, quick-press the button three times to broadcast the signal again and retry.
Get Started with an iOS Device

Place your InCard Finder next to your iPhone/iPad and press the button once to activate it. You’ll hear a beep and the LED will blink.

Open the Find My app → Items → Add Other Item (or Other Supported Item).

When Find My detects your Finder, follow the on-screen steps to add it to the Apple Find My network.
Locate Your Finder

Android: After setup, open the Find Hub app on your Android device to locate your Finder.

iOS: After setup, open the Find My app on your iPhone/iPad (or the Find Items app on Apple Watch) to locate your Finder.
Factory Reset

Find the button at the bottom-right corner beneath the InCard logo.

Double-press the button firmly → you’ll hear a beep.

Press and hold the button. After ~5 seconds, the Finder will beep once per second.

Keep holding and release immediately after a double-beep.

If successful, the Finder will beep four times.
After a factory reset, you can link the Finder to a different Google or Apple account.
Important (Apple): To link to a new Apple ID, you must also remove the item from the previous Apple account in the Find My app on the iOS device.
Disable the Finder (Temporarily Turn Off)

Locate the button beneath the InCard logo (bottom-right).

Double-press firmly → you’ll hear a confirmation beep.

Press and hold for ~5 seconds; release when you hear the Finder beep again.

Success is confirmed by two beeps.
Re-enable the Finder (Turn On)

Locate the button beneath the InCard logo.

Press once firmly. You’ll hear a beep when successful.

Remove and Re-pair the Finder

You can remove the Finder from the Find Hub app (Android) or Find My app (iOS).

If the Finder is within Bluetooth range, it will automatically factory reset after it receives the removal command.

If it’s out of range, perform a manual factory reset (see “Factory Reset”) before or after removing it in the app.

A factory reset is recommended in all cases.

FCC RF Exposure Information (SAR)
This device is designed and manufactured not to exceed the RF exposure limits set by the FCC. The exposure standard for wireless devices uses Specific Absorption Rate (SAR). The SAR limit for the general public is 1.6 W/kg averaged over 1 gram of tissue (IEEE Std 1528).
All reported SAR levels for this device have been evaluated as compliant with FCC RF exposure guidelines. While SAR levels may vary by device and position, they all meet government requirements. Body-worn compliance is based on a 5 mm separation between the unit and the body. Carry this device at least 5 mm from your body to ensure RF exposure at or below the reported level.
Compatibility
The InCard Finder can be used with Apple’s Find My network or Google’s Find Hub network. During initial setup, select one network; the Finder cannot operate on both networks simultaneously. To switch networks, perform a factory reset and set up again on the other network.
The Apple Find My network lets you locate compatible personal items on a map using the Find My app on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or the Find Items app on Apple Watch. For best results, use the latest versions of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and watchOS.
