Dual-Network Compatibility

The DuoCard Dual System series works seamlessly with both Google’s Find Hub network and Apple’s Find My network. You can choose your preferred ecosystem during the first-time setup process. When paired with an Android phone, the card acts as a Google Find Hub locator tag. When paired with an iPhone, it functions as an Apple Find My accessory. You can switch networks at any time by performing a quick factory reset and pairing the device again. For more details on network standards, visit the official Apple Find My network developer page.

Before You Start

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your Android or iOS device.
  • Verify that your smartphone or tablet has active internet access via Wi-Fi or cellular service.
  • Locate the function button on the front side of your tracker card.

Setup Instructions

Get Started with an Android Device

Place your DuoCard finder next to your Android device and press the button once to activate it. You will hear a beep, and the LED will blink. Wait for the half-screen pairing pop-up to appear on your phone, then follow the on-screen steps to add the tracker to Google’s Find Hub network. If the pop-up does not appear automatically, quickly press the button three times to broadcast the signal again.

Get Started with an iOS Device

Place the card next to your iPhone or iPad and press the button once. You will hear a beep indicating it is active. Open the Find My app, navigate to the Items tab, and select Add Other Item. Follow the prompts to connect it. If you are looking for iOS-only enterprise solutions, check out our dedicated Apple Find My Card.

Locating Your Finder

Android: Open the Find Hub app on your Android smartphone or tablet to view your item’s location on the map.

iOS: Open the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, or the Find Items app on your Apple Watch to locate your tracker card.

Device Management

Factory Reset

A factory reset is required if you want to switch between Android and iOS networks, or if you need to link the card to a completely new user account.

  • Locate the button on the card.
  • Double-press the button firmly (you will hear a beep), then immediately press and hold the button.
  • After about 5 seconds, the finder will beep once per second.
  • Keep holding, and release immediately after you hear a double-beep.
  • If successful, the finder will beep four times.

Important for Apple users: To link to a new Apple ID, you must also manually remove the item from your previous Apple account within the Find My app.

Disable the Finder (Temporarily Turn Off)

If you need to temporarily power down the tracker, double-press the button firmly until you hear a confirmation beep. Press and hold the button for about 5 seconds, and release it when the finder beeps again. Two beeps will confirm the device is completely turned off.

Re-enable the Finder (Turn On)

To turn the device back on, simply press the button once firmly. A single beep confirms it is active and ready to use again.

Remove and Re-pair

You can remove the finder directly from the Find Hub app (Android) or Find My app (iOS). If the card is within Bluetooth range, it will automatically factory reset upon removal. If it is out of range, perform a manual factory reset first. Afterwards, follow the initial setup instructions to pair it again.
